Justin Bieber punk’d us!
In a well played hoax, Bieber drummed up a fair amount of publicity surrounding his new video with Nicki Minaj, Beauty and a Beat.
Earlier this week, Bieber claimed his laptop was stolen from him at a show and that a Twitter user under the handle @gexwy was threatening to release private pictures, videos and music material. And then the video leaked and we learned it was all Bieber behind the elaborate stunt.
“since i was 14 i have had a lot of things said about me, from dying, to taking hormones, to dying again, to stuff about my family…to saying i had a baby with a woman i never even met. nude pics, drugs, my family, my character…but today…today i get to be in on it…,” Bieber tweeted about the prank.
So, yes, well played Justin. Bieber:1, World: 0!
