Sadly for all the women left heartbroken (although possibly also a little relieved) by the news that Simon Cowell is to have a child with another man's wife, it seems the bear haircutted media mogul still won't be revealing exactly what's going on. Is he ready to move onto other wives? Is it just wives or does he do girlfriends too? Should we be sad that he's ruining relationships or happy that the music industry in around 25=30 years time will have at least twice as many boybands? It's hard to know at this early stage.
Speaking to the press on Thursday night here's what he had to say:
"I haven't read the newspapers"
Sadly, it's becoming a trend. He continued:
"Unfortunately at this moment I have to keep it private. There are a lot of things I will eventually clear up when the time is right, but I really have to be sensitive because there's a lot of people's feelings involved here."
Clear up. Snigger.
Well, best of luck to everyone involved. Does the baby even have a name yet? COMPETITION TIME?
