The We Can’t Stop video showed us all just how much Miley Cyrus loves a good wet snog with a plastic face, and it seems that she just can’t keep her lips locked together at the moment, as she was snapped getting all saliva-happy with someone who definitely ISN’T her on/off fiance, Liam Hemsworth.
Her latest smoochie partner is, a man dressed as a giant baby, wearing a terrifying oversized plastic head. Well of course. What you are about to see, cannot be unseen.

The dodgey snap was shared by Perez Hilton on Twitter (who was probably hiding in a bush somewhere and spying on the whole thing), and shows Miley sharing a warm embrace with an unidentified bloke in a giant head and a pink bib.
Weirdly enough, Perez didn’t even explain what was actually going on, but simply added the excellent caption ‘This is like #Herpes, it’s the gift that keeps on giving!’ Although the circumstances are unclear, Miley was apparently inside London nightclub Cirque du Soir when said sloppy action occurred.
Just to make matters even more MENTAL, Miley is still definitely wearing her engagement ring whilst engaging mouths with the mutant paper-mache child, so that’s kind of weird. Unless it’s Liam actually inside the giant baby head... and then it’s still kind of weird.
DON’T WORRY GUYS, she’s just being Miley, innit.
