MTV has finally released details about Justin Bieber’s “Bieber O’Clock” programming! It will kick off on August 3, 2013 at 8pm on MTV. Fans will be able to tune in for exclusive content from Justin that will lead up to the TV premiere of his movie “Justin Bieber: Never Say Never,” which airs August 4, 2013 at 8pm.
