Thx @_itsAnybitch! Source told The Sun: 'Harry and Taylor have spent a lot of time chilling together in the past few weeks and Harry thought he should show her his favourite TV show [The In Betweeners]. She doesn’t get all the references made by Neil, Will, Jay and Simon but she still finds it really funny. Taylor has a really good sense of humour and she’s been bonding with Harry over her new-found love of the show.'
Andy of British group Lawson told STV.TV on meeting Taylor: 'It was a really surreal moment. We had just played at the O2 arena and we came off stage and we were chatting to a couple of the 1D lads. Then, from behind the crowd, Taylor Swift just came over and said 'hey guys. I’m Taylor and I just wanted to say I’m a massive fan of you guys and I love your song Standing in the Dark. I think it’s brilliant and I can’t wait till you release it in America.'
Literally, she was just really nice and said she had watched all our YouTube videos when we were making the album. That’s just surreal as we are big fans of her and we love country music.'
Taylor Swift told Web MD that she does cardio for an hour a day on a treadmill or elliptical: 'I like to feel really tired afterward, sweaty and disgusting. I don't care about losing weight as much as feeling good about myself. You can't indulge without exercising, so I exercise because I love eating and I don't want to live without anything. But I also exercise because on the occasional day when I'm feeling low, it always makes me feel better.
During the week, I try to eat healthily, so that means salads, yogurt, and sandwiches, no sugary drinks. I try to keep it lighter, but it’s nothing too regimented or crazy. Cookies, ice cream, burgers and fries on weekends. I try to eat a lot in the beginning of the day and not so much at the end. I'm addicted to Starbucks flavored lattes and Diet Coke.'

On life pressure: 'I'm really proud of the record, but I'm always nervous about everything. There's a great deal of terror that fills my mind before I do anything, really. We're talking before an album comes out, before a photo shoot, anytime I read my name in print. There's a huge amount of pressure and responsibility because millions of people are going to potentially spend their hard-earned money on the album.
There's a great responsibility for the critics who will ready about it, and responsibility for the girl who is going through a breakup and needs a song about what she's feeling and responsibility for the girl who doesn't feel good about her and needs a song for that, too, and I worry about saying or doing the wrong thing. Do you see the rabbit holes I go down?'
On handling worries: 'You'll always be worried about something, but if you can cut that list down by even the smallest amount, that's good. You only have so many hours a day, and if you can focus the energy on only the things you can control, it's more productive.'
On exploring emotions: 'No matter what path my life follows, I'm always going to be exploring every aspect of human emotion. AndI'll always want to get better at everything.'
