Hayden Panettiere‘s shirt flies up in the wind revealing her bare baby bump on Saturday (June 21) in Porto Cervo, Italy.
The 24-year-old pregnant Nashville star was joined for the day out by her fiance Wladimir Klitschko. The starlet changed outfits that day to also reveal her bump.
It was revealed late last month that Hayden and Wladimir are expecting their first child together, though not many more details have been released. These are the first pics we’ve seen of Hayden since news of the pregnancy broke.
