Yes, I am the Zoo’s resident Game of Thrones geek. With my DirecTV HBO east coast feed, you had better not disturb me Sunday nights at 6:00pm. So, when I found this gem, I could barely contain myself.
From the geniuses at NicsplosionFX a re-creation of the GoT opening but it’s not in the seven kingdoms, it’s in Super Mario World. Yes, it’s complete with the GoT theme done in the style of an old Nintendo game and everything.
As NicsplosionFX youtube page they wrote, “Mario always pays his debts…with Dragon Coins.” This is absolutely brilliant. Below it see the comparison video showing the original GoT opening with the new version. Amazing!
