Earlier this year, Selena Gomez has us genuinely sobbing a la that 'cake made of rainbows and smiles' chick off of Mean Girls when she spoke out about her stint in rehab at We Day. At the time, she claimed she'd 'lost sight' of who she was and suggested that pressure from the press eventually took its toll on her personal life.
Well now Selena's grandparents, Ricardo and Mary, have claimed that it wasn't only Selena's career but also Justin Bieber who were behind her time in rehab. Yup - they reckon he was 'getting into drugs', and Selena didn't like it one bit.

Speaking to Heat, Ricardo said: "There was some pressure, because [her career] is a lot of work. Plus, she was worried about Justin. We saw in a newspaper that she was doing drugs, so I called her. She said 'No, you know me better than that, Pap.
"She was telling us she didn't want to be with him because of what he was doing, that he was getting into drugs and it was something she doesn't like. They still go out. We worry, not because of their relationship - we hate to see him in trouble."
Ooh, so Selly and Justin *do* still hang out, then? "The agents say it is good for her to be next to him, keep him out of the bad habits. They say she has been a positive influence for him," said Ricardo. "She's doing all she can to keep him on track." Oh, be still our beating Jelena hearts. We cannot handle the feels here.
