Because Michael Lohan's baby momma, Kate Major, is going to be spending quite a bit of time in jail!
She has just been sentenced to eight months in jail after pleading guilty to her DUI case, which also resulted in a probation violation.
Her probation violation involved a case where she allegedly attacked officers in Boca Raton in 2012, while the DUI matter occurred in March 2014.
Now, she is receiving credit for 70 days of time served. But she will start serving the rest of the time immediately.
In fact, she has reportedly already been taken off to jail in Palm Beach!
But it's ok, gurl, orange is the new black!
