'Jersey Shore' star Paul DelVecchio, more known as Pauly D, was hoping to spend the holidays with his seven months old daughter Amabella, but his baby mama reportedly refused to go along with it. Mother Amanda Markert, whom Pauly allegedly had a one night stand with last year, refused to let him visit the baby girl for Christmas.
“The two were set to meet up around Christmas, but Amanda stood him up,” the source reveals to Radar Online and continues: “He had all of Amabella’s Christmas gifts, so he was really upset.”
Pauly has been allowed to see his child only once, and he is now fighting for full costody of his daughter. He and Amanda are expected to meet in court later in January. "He has a court date set and hopes the judge will mandate custody time," the source says.
