What were they looking for... Omelettes? Buttered soldiers?
So you’re probably well aware that Justin Bieber is reported to have gotten all hard-boiled on his neighbour’s ass a couple of days ago, and has been accused of pelting his house with eggs. But while we all thought it was a bit of a yolk, turns out the police are responding to his rather runny attack in a pretty EGGSTREME way.
Reports broke late this afternoon to reveal that el Biebo’s house has been raided by police, with a whopping eleven patrol cars said to be parked outside the scene while offers search for evidence. Surely they only needed to check his fridge?
If you’re very confused by all these eggcellent puns, let’s just rewind and fill you in a sec. Justin was left with a bit of egg on his face (probably literally), when he was supposedly spotted chucking eggs at a house in his LA neighbourhood four days ago.
TMZ were the first to report the incident, and were told by the neighbour in question that he’d heard banging on his house and after stepping outside, saw Justin chucking the gungey grenades at the building.
Since then it’s been suggested that el Biebo not only faces tens of thousands of pounds of repairs to the Venetian plaster he’s apparently ruined, but also faces charges of felony and could even find himself DEPORTED. Oh crumbs (toast crumbs, obviously, from egg on toast).
ANYWAY, the police told HollywoodLife that Justin was home during the dramatic raid today, as they arrived with a search warrant permitting them to look inside and outside his LA home for any eggy evidence linking him to the incident.
An LASD spokesperson told the website: “There is a search warrant being served. Justin is there on the scene. This has turned into a felony investigation. I’m not sure if he knew they were coming.”
There’s even been an internet livestream of the whole runny raid, but what do you lot think about all this? Reckon the police are doing the right thing, or is this all a bit EGGstreme? Comments, please.
