According to Radar Online, Bieber’s neighbor is pushing the Los Angeles police to charge him with felony vandalism over the egg-throwing incident. If convicted, the 19-year-old Canadian (who is living in the United States on a work visa) could be sent home.
“If Justin is charged with felony vandalism and convicted, it’s very likely his work visa, allowing him to live in the United States, would be revoked. It could be categorized as a crime of moral turpitude under United States immigration law,” said a law enforcement source.
That’s not Bieber’s only worry.
Justin is fearful over what cops might find on his seized cell phone.
When law enforcement searched Justin’s house on Tuesday, they seized his cell phone. According to TMZ cops are interested in texts that could incriminate him. They want to see if Justin bragged about the egging.
Yes, he would be THAT dumb.
Then there’s the potential drug discussions and nude photos that might also be found on the phone.
