A Man Lost 37 Pounds In 3 Months By Eating McDonald's Everyday ...


Are you struggling with your New year’s resolutions? You know, eating better, getting more exercise. Well John Cisna of Ankeny, Iowa gives us all hope that we can still eat what we want and lose weight!


Cisna is a science teacher and he did an experiment where he only ate McDonald’s for 90 days, but he made sure to keep it to a 2,000 calories a day!


Unlike the movie “Super Size Me”, Cisna analyzed the nutritional on the entire McDonald’s menu and put together some options for him to eat 3 meals a day under 2,000 calories.


His breakfast consisted of two egg white McMuffins and maple oatmeal. For lunch he’d have one of the McDonald’s salads and for dinner he’d have a Big Mac or Quarter Pounder value meal with fries and ice cream.


In the end, Cisna lost 37 punds in 90 days! His cholesterol also dropped from 249 to 170. CRAZY!!! See it’s not what you eat, it’s how you eat it! You can see pics and video HERE
