LA Times reported that Molly Schuyler, a 120-pound mother of four from Minnesota, set a world record by devouring a 72-ounce steak in less than three minutes the other day at Sayler’s Old Country Kitchen in Portland, Oregon. She also polished off a slew of sides, and as reward for her extraordinary accomplishment, didn’t have to pay for the meal. Schuyler, who works as a bartender and server at Applebee’s, easily bested a Canadian bodybuilder who ate a similarly large steak in about seven minutes. The bodybuilder was nicknamed “Furious Pete,“ but he’s got nothing on Miss Molly.
