Justin Bieber reportedly arrived 3 hours late to a meet and greet in Brazil. Fans spent almost $1200 on passes and they were told not to exchange words with him and then LITERALLY pushed or pulled out of the tent by his security after getting a pic. No phones were allowed in, but one fan was able to sneak one in and get this video of it.
