Simon Cowell’s baby mama just signed a divorce settlement agreement with her ex-hubby Andrew Silverman, and it has some interesting clauses. First, if Simon goes near her 7-year-old son from now until January 2015 she has to pay her ex a $50,000 penalty. If Simon and Laura break this agreement she loses contact with her son until the court deals with the violations. Also, Andrew cannot trash talk Simon to the couple’s son and both Lauren and Andrew have both agreed to try and prevent their son, Adam, from calling anyone other than them “mother” or “father”. Lauren will also be receiving $3,000 child support each month.
