Chris Brown’s pending assault charges from the incident in which he knocked out a passerby for photobombing him on the weekend have been reduced to misdemeanors. Brown and his bodyguard were released Monday without bail after spending 36 hours in jail. He has been ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from the man he assaulted. Their next court day is Nov. 24.
