Evan is an actor whom you may have seen in Pride or Jeff Who Lives At Home, but he's also the son of legendary singer Diana Ross!
We haven't heard any comment from either Ashlee or Evan, but there ain't no mountain of denials high enough to keep this photographic proof from us!
That is TOTES a date! Though Evan does look like he's taking Ashlee to The Matrix for dessert! LOLz!
