The reality TV star — who recently welcomed daughter North, her first child with beau Kanye West — has been enjoying breastfeeding her little girl!
“Kim actively looks forward to her feedings with baby North West,” a source said.
“She’s even changing dirty diapers! She does it all.
“Kanye is a natural dad. No one has ever seen him like this.”
