The 43-year-old actor bent down and put some euros in the donation hat.
The day before, Gerard and some pals hit the open water on a yacht together before doing some sightseeing.
That evening, Gerard and reported on-again girlfriend Madalina Ghenea were spotted on a romantic late night date in Rome.
