If someone told us that they thought Sienna Miller had missed a fashion trick, we’d be like, shut the front door, Sienna is queen of the world. But if they then illustrated their point with photos of her dress choice from the BAFTA Los Angeles 2013 Awards Season Tea Party last night, we might apologise for the dramatic over reaction and admit that we’re not so sure about this one.
Sienna usually rocks the boho look and keeps her style very cool and casual, but this pink satin dress with midi length skirt and three quarter sleeves is something really different to add to her wardrobe, so props for mixing it up a bit, love.
The dress design featured some sparkly flower detailing, a sinched in waist and a cute high neckline. It's definitely pretty, but we’re not sure what it is that’s putting us off this one; is it the slightly sickly shade of baby pink or the super shiny satin material? It’s definitely not Sienna’s face or hair, which we wish we had.
Sienna paired her baby pink frock with pointed nude heels (argh toe cleavage), tousled loose waves and glowy, natural makeup. From the neck up she looks boooootiful, but the dress? Our head says NEIGH but our heart says OH COME ON ITS SIENNA MILLER OF COURSE IT’S NICE.
Seeing as the event WAS a ‘tea party’, we ‘spose her cutesy look is quite fitting, but we love her normal style so much that this ones just knocked us for six. We need to lie down.
