Kim Kardashian does NOT want her Kanye West celeb-spawn to be born into a long dead marriage…
But Kris Humphries is showing NO signs of backing down on his claims that his union with Kim was a big, fat, FRAUD!
Even though Kimmy doesn't necessarily want to get married to Kanye — at least, not right this minute — she 100% does NOT want to birth a mini-Kimye while still legally tied to Kris.
In fact, Kim reportedly feels her former lover is being "spiteful and vindictive" for not dropping his allegations of fraud, especially since no evidence has yet been presented indicating their two-month marriage was a fake.
AND even Kris' friends are telling him to live and let live, but dude is apparently not ready to let go of Kim until he gets his payday!
If the pair cannot reach an amicable agreement, a trial date will be set for next month.
Yeessssssh!
Wouldn't it be easier for Kris to just settle, especially since he apparently refuses to talk about Kim, or her baby, when he's at home with his girlfriend?!
