Justin Timberlake Confirms Return To Music JT declares ‘I’m Ready’ in YouTube clip announcing his comeback…


Justin Timberlake has finally confirmed his return to music after a six-year hiatus.


Speculation that JT could be ready to make a comeback to what he does best started on Wednesday evening (9th January) when the former NSYNC star simply tweeted: “Thursday, January 10th, 2013 at 9:01 am PST.”


Timberlake has since uploaded a one-minute YouTube clip titled ‘I’m Ready’ – where he explains that fans can expect some new material very soon.


The video shows the Cry Me A River hitmaker confidently striding into a recording booth and stating: “Someone asked me the other day ‘So, are you just done with music?’ It means more to me than anybody else in the world.


“Look, I’ve only done two albums in 10 years; that’s the way I really look at it … I’m the one who sits and is obsessive about it before you even get to hear it.”


He continues: “As close as I get to it, I don’t know that I could physically torture myself that much year-in and year-out and expect it to fulfill me the way that it does and the way that it is right now.


“I don’t want to put anything out that I feel like is something I don’t love, you just don’t get that every day. You have to wait for it.”


Justin then puts on a pair of headphones and exclaims: “I’m Ready.”


Following the release of the video, a countdown clock emerged on JT’s official website, showing that the singer will unveil his eagerly anticipated new music on Monday (14th January).


His namesake Justin Bieber has since contacted Timberlake on Twitter regarding his forthcoming material, with the Baby singer teasing: “@jtimberlake @Timbaland i have heard some stuff. u got a good reason to be ready. #greatmusic.”
