Is Drew Barrymore being over protective to ensure her baby stays safe and out of trouble?
According to a tabloid, Drew and hubby Will Kopelman have dumped over $80,000 on baby-proofing their home for their three-month-old daughter, Olive.
A gossip magazine claims, “Among the renovations, baby monitors were installed in every room. Pointy edges around the house were softened and all the electrical sockets were raised as Hollywood’s newest helicopter mom ensured that her daughter would have a better childhood than she did. She will do everything it takes to keep Olive safe, because no one did that for her when she was a kid.”
Though we have no doubt that she gives extra care to Olive and loves her very much, a scoure close to the couple tells RumorFix that the rumor is absolutely not true — she did not spend $80,000 on baby-proofing the house!
