The last we heard about Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber was that they were back on, but now we hear they will be spending more time apart again. This time it is due to Christmas celebrations and Selena heading back home to Texas. She talked to Entertainment Tonight and was asked if she and Justin were going to spend the holidays together. Her answer was surprising when you consider the newly back together couple, but she was being honest about whom she does wish to spend it with. She shared that her grandparents will be the lucky group that she will be visiting with. Here is how she broke the news.


No, no, that’ll just be me this year. I’m gonna go home. I want to go home, and sleep and eat a lot of food with my grandparents. It’ll be awesome.


It sounds like she might have made these plans when they were not together! At least she will be happy about seeing her loved ones and relaxing, as well spending time away from the rush of LA. I am sure it will do her some serious good, as well as allow her come back to Justin and work refreshed. As for Justin, I am sure he could spend this free time visiting with his own loved ones up north in Canada if he really wants to get away from the hub-hub of LA.
