Scapers, make sure you're not eating your morning cornflakes or sitting near any sharp objects for the next few minutes - because Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw's latest antics are likely to have you choking with laughter and/or rolling around on the floor in hysterics.
Why? Because he's gone and recorded a spoof of Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj music video 'Beauty and a Beat'.
Grimmy made the vid as part of a feature for his Radio 1 Breakfast Show, which challenged him to compete with fellow DJ Greg James to see who could re-create El Biebo's swimming pool based video best.
The result is probably one of our favourite things. Ever.
Watch the clip below to see Grimmy splash about, do some dodgy miming, and indulge in some pretty credible Bieber-esque thrusting against the best Nicki Minaj impersonator we've ever seen.
PAHAHA - we love the fact that Grimmy and pals have obviously only been given one lane of the swimming pool to use - there's actual serious swimmers going about their business behind.
