PSY, the Korean Pop Musician’s “Gangnam Style” was first posted on YouTube.com, the world’s no.1 video hosting website, on 15th July, 2012, since then its popularity has reached new heights along with the number views.
In the video, PSY is seen dancing in horse-riding style which is very comical to watch also the locations where it is choreographed and filmed with unfamiliar moves is really unexpected and this makes the video more humorous. There are also many other videos related to Gangnam Style among which two are my favorite, the first one is the West Indies Cricket Team & Chris Gayle celebrating there T20 World Cup Victory in Gangnam Style and the other one is PSY teaching Britney Spears “Gangnam Style” Dance.

It has been in the recent weeks that its views has taken new height and is has been officially declared as the most-viewed YouTube video of all time. Previously this record was lying with Justin Bieber’s “Baby”. Now According to YouTube’s official Trends blog, PSY’s Gangnam Style is generating 7 – 10 Millions of views per day compared to 500 Thousand views of Bieber’s “Baby”. It also posts that “Gangnam Style” has created more than 1 Billion views till date and still keeping the pitch high.
The Blog site has also stated that the PSY’s Official Channel has generated over 1 Billion Views while Bieber’s VEVO Channel total’s over 3 Billion views.
