Psy became the king of YouTube on Saturday Nov. 24 when his “Gangnam Style” surpassed Justin Bieber’s “Baby” as the most watched clip on YouTube in the history of the site.
Justin held the top spot since July 2010 — his video for “Baby” now stands at 804,957,342 while “Gangnam Style,” which was posted in July 2012, has 817,718,481 hits.
Ironically, both acts are managed by Scooter Braun. That man certainly has a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving weekend!
“#GangnamStyle just became the most watched video on YouTube!!” the rapper tweeted on Nov. 24, along with the hashtag “#History.”
