Nice try, lady!


Justin Bieber makes his beloved Beliebers go crazy and he just can’t help it — though, one woman seems to think otherwise!


We told you back in July about a woman, Stacey Betts, who took her daughter to a Bieber concert back in 2010 and was left with damaged hearing!


Betts claimed the Biebs “enticed the crowd” by encouraging them to scream and even created a sound blast with a heart shaped gondola, which hung over the crowd!


Well, now it seems as though JB’s lawyers are fighting back and want the case thrown out!


Sounds like Justin’s lawyers are finding it hard to take the lawsuit seriously, seeing as he can’t possibly control the audience’s reaction or even know it would create a “sound blast”!


While it’s unfortunate that Mz. Betts suffered some ear damage, we don’t really think the Biebs is to blame!


Let this be a lesson to all other Beliebers and their parents — invest in some earplugs!
