Avalanna Routh has a very rare form of cancer and thanks to the Jimmy Fund she “married” Justin Bieber. In an effort to make Avalanna’s wish of meeting her husband come true, family and friends reached out to FOX25 and other local TV stations, set up a Facebook page and created a Twitter account encouraging people to share her story in hopes of getting the attention of someone in Bieber’s camp. The marketing campaign worked and Routh and her family flew from Boston to New York to meet Bieber. The pair enjoyed some quality time, played Candy Land, gave each other tattoo’s and Avalanna even did Justin’s hair. Justin tweeted about the experience saying, “got some really great ideas from today. ways to #giveback — #MrsBieber really inspired me. really” This is not Bieber’s first time helping those in need, he recently increased organ donations when he tweeted his followers, asking for help.
