We are celebrating the Halloween season by finding the tri-state’s cutest baby costumes! Whether your kiddo is going to be a bumble bee, Barbie or Honey Boo Boo for Halloween we want to see it! Next week the voting will begin and everyone will get to pick the most boo-tiful baby! The winner will receive a $25 money card!
