Selena Gomez is along for the ride as boyfriend Justin Bieber prepares to rock the MTV World Stage Saturday night in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. But outside of working hours, the pop stars know how to make the most of a mini-vacation. They've been snapped holding hands on the street and spotted checking in at a ritzy hotel. They flew in first class from Seoul, Korea, and they hit the ground looking like wealthy American tourists in love.
This time it's not the paparazzi the two have to duck to get a little privacy—it's other tourists and locals posting on Twitter, reports Hollywood Life. One fan shared a picture of Selena Gomez, 19, and Justin Bieber, 18, shopping at Wangsa Walk. What shop caught their eye? Why not Forever 21? Another Belieber managed to capture a pic of Selena's actual receipt from the American chain store (with Asian roots) in Sunway Pyramid—"Malaysia's favorite mall". The singer/actress spent $124, although there is no word on what she bought.
Justin and Selena Gomez are staying at the luxurious Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Since Justin Bieber likes to go first class all the way, it's a good bet—unless some actual president got there first—that he booked the Presidential Suite. If so, the lovebirds are sharing gold décor with a spectacular view and a baby grand piano. The suite comes complete with sauna, workout room, and double showers—not to mention the butler, who might be handy if they want something special—such as extra fresh flowers or a bag of Cheetos. The suite costs $$2,500-and-up/night.
Usually Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez handle their tours separately. Both are hard workers, serious about their careers. This togetherness tour could signal a serious turn to their romance. Fans in every port will be watching.
