Justin Bieber holds onto his girlfriend Selena Gomez's hand as they make their way out of the Starship Children's Hospital on Thursday (July 19) in Auckland, New Zealand.
The 19-year-old actress was all smiles while wearing a happy face t-shirt.

"Do something nice for someone else today," Justin tweeted. "U know your truth…do it for the right reasons."
He later added, "Always need to mentally prepare myself for these children hospital visits. Really excited though."
