It's a girl for Kourtney Kardashian! The reality star and her boyfriend, Scott Disick, welcomed their second child, daughter Penelope Scotland Disick, on Sunday, July 8th in Los Angeles. "Welcome to the world," Kourtney's sister Kim Kardashian tweeted. Little Penelope joins the couple's son, two-year-old Mason Disick. Fun fact: After Mason was born, his name jumped in popularity from number 34 to number two! We predict we'll be seeing a lot more Penelopes on the playground very shortly.
