If you had the opportunity to help a little girl's dream come true, would you?
Well, I'm about to give you that opportunity. This is Lilly.
Isn't she beautiful?
Lilly is only 6 years old. Ten short months ago she was rushed to the hospital with stomach pains. She was then diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma (a rare childhood cancer) and suddenly this poor family's life was turned upside down. She has been through it all: chemotherapy, radiation and a number of operations in the last year. On Wednesday, the doctors gave Lilly less than 2 weeks to live. Through all of that, she maintains a beautiful smile on her sweet face and an upbeat personality.
What is this amazing little girl's last wish? To meet Justin Bieber. Her family has started a Facebook page to help spread the word (hopefully getting it to the Beebs himself) and has gained an outstanding 3,872 likes in just two short days. She has also made the local news in her area in that time! See the article/video HERE.
All that I am asking my reader's today is to help share this little girl's wish. And if I haven't done enough convincing, maybe you could let Lilly influence you herself. There's a video of her dancing to Justin Bieber's song "Baby" on the Facebook page I mentioned. You can find that page HERE.
So take a minute and share. If this little girl gets to meet Justin Bieber, I know I will feel like I had a part in that, along with every other person who tried to make her dream come true with the simple click of a mouse. There is also an opportunity to donate to a fund in Lilly's name to help spread the word about and find a cure for this awful disease. Imagine if each one of those almost four THOUSAND people donated just one dollar.
