Justin Bieber's 22 million followers got an alarming surprise of tweets late last night in the United States. The singer was performing in a promotional tour for his new album Believe in Paris when he turned into or ran into a hard glass wall. Surprisingly, the Bieber managed to go out an perform his last song before passing out or getting knocked out back stage for several seconds.
So did Bieber get hit on the head and sustain any physical damage? Luckily we know the answer via Twitter. Biebs quickly responded about the incident on Twitter with tweets about what has now been ruled a concussion by medical doctors. This comes after a day in Norway in which several fans were injured wanting to see the singer give a free concert in Oslo. You know you're popular when the police almost issue a state of emergency when fans become wild.
