Justin Bieber serenades his French fans from a balcony in Paris using a blow horn. Swoon. The only thing sexier would have been him signaling the end of each song by blowing an ear-piercing air horn. The French didn't seem to mind these technicalities though; they just loved 'em some Biebs.
The concert comes just a few days after Justin suffered a concussion after running into a glass wall backstage at his concert. Justin tweeted: "Thanks for the love but there are alot of people out there who need prayers. im fine. just smacked my head and needed some water. all good"
Nicely deflected Mr. Beiber – maybe next time you can just start tweeting pictures of starving children across the globe or a link to a gut-wrenching animal shelter video.
