Singer Justin Bieber's recording was interrupted when 300 young girls invaded ITV's studios here in an effort to meet him.
The 18-year-old was at the location to record "Alan Carr's Summer Spectacular" and there were only three security guards to control the crowd.
"It was genuinely scary. They're only teenage girls but they were hysterical and had just one thought on their minds to see Justin Bieber. It was pandemonium," a source told thesun.co.uk.
The bosses managed to shut the doors to the main building just in time.
