Justin Bieber has revealed his caring, sensitive side in this new song, Turn To You, he dedicated to his mom, Pattie Malette, on Mother's Day yesterday. The song is absolutely beautiful and very heartfelt. I think even non-Bieber fans will find this song moving. And, what is more, proceeds from the sale of the song will go to the Bethesda Centre, which is a shelter for single mothers, that Justin and Pattie once turned to for help. Listen to the song here, but I'm warning Kleenex may be required. Like, like, like!

Justin has often said how close he and his mother, Pattie, are. Ugh, he is just too cute! I love this side to Justin Bieber. This new song really shows that he has grown into a good man, with such a good heart, and no doubt he is the person he is today because of his mother. The beautiful words in this song are pretty emotionally driven and even brought a serious lump to my throat.
Here are some of the lyrics….
You worked two jobs, To keep a roof above our heads, You chose, A life for me, no never gave up, I admire you, For the strength you've instilled in me, You were so young, You were just my age, when you had me mom, You were so brave. There was nothing gonna stop or get in our way. And I know you will always be there for me. So when you're lost and you're tired, Whenyou're broken in two, Let my love take you higher, Cause I, I still turn to you. I still turn to you, I still turn to you. It was '94, the year that
everything started to change, From before, You had to be a woman, You were
forced to change your ways, To change your ways
Then you found the Lord, You gave your life to Him, And you could not
ignore, the love he had for you, and I wanted more of your heart.
So when you're lost and you're tired, When you're broken in two, Let my
love take you higher, Cause I, I still turn to you. I still turn to you, I
still turn to you.
I don't know what I'd if you left me, So please don't go away, Everything
that you are is who I am, Who I am today. So when you're lost and you're
tired, When you're broken in two, Let my love take you higher, Cause I, I
still turn to you. I still turn to you, I still turn to you.
To you, to you, to you. I Still Turn to you. To you, to you, to you. Cause
I, I turn to you
The lyrics also go a long way to reveal some of the hardship Justin's mother endured having her baby at a young age, and raising him alone. She just seems like an incredible woman and she should be very proud of the man that Justin has become, because she is the one responsible for that. Have a listen… it's just beautiful!
