Justin Bieber was all smiles at 102.7 KIIS FM's Wango Tango event in LA. James Dean was before my time, but with that hair, I look at Justin and all I can think is "James Dean." Justin's rocking the retro look!
In addition to Justin, the latest boy group, The Wanted, was at the event. Kylie and Kendall Jenner also came, along with 'Jersey Shore's' Deena Cortese and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.
